7-day free trial: how to properly test StarkStream in your establishment
A free trial, yes. But a useful trial, above all.
Many solutions offer a free trial. However, without a method, you miss the point: you test “a little”, you forget, you don’t get structured feedback, and you don’t know how to make a decision.
StarkStream offers a 7-day free trial. Here is a simple approach to get a real verdict, tailored to an establishment (spa, hotel, studio, clinic).
1) Define your goal in one sentence
Before you even start the music, write down a clear sentence.
Examples:
– “Achieve a consistent atmosphere in the reception area and 2 treatment rooms, without daily intervention.”
– “Reduce changes in musical mood between teams.”
– “Offer a more premium experience, noticeable by clients.”
Without a goal, you will only evaluate “whether you like the music”, which is not the real issue.
2) Choose a realistic test scope
Test on 1 to 3 zones maximum.
– Reception
– Treatment room
– Relaxation area
This is enough to judge consistency and ease of use, without adding complexity.
3) Select 2 themed radio stations and stick to them
During the first week, avoid changing them all the time.
Choose:
– 1 “foundation” radio station (New Age or Meditation, for example) for relaxation.
– 1 “signature” radio station (Ayurvedic, Asia, etc.) for identity.
Goal: measure impact and stability, not multiply comparisons.
4) Verify ease of use (this is a key criterion)
StarkStream is a Web App: login, choose a station, play.
During the trial, observe:
– Does the team know how to restart it in 30 seconds?
– Are the volume and controls clear?
– Does the playback remain stable over time?
A perfect atmosphere that is difficult to manage will end up being abandoned.
5) Note down feedback (very brief, but regular)
Ask 2 or 3 team members to note down at the end of the day:
– “Consistent atmosphere?” (yes/no)
– “Easy to use?” (1 to 5)
– “Any technical incidents?” (yes/no)
In 7 days, you will have a factual basis.
6) Decide based on 3 simple criteria
At the end:
1. Customer experience: is the atmosphere more premium and more stable?
2. Operations: is it simple for the team, without relying on one single person?
3. Reliability: is it smooth, without significant interruptions?
After the trial
StarkStream is designed to transition naturally: if the trial is successful, the monthly subscription takes over, with automated billing.
A good trial is not one where you just “listen”. It is one where you can make a decision with confidence.
