Meditation Radio

In some treatments, silence is impossible.

And “soft” music is not enough.

What is needed is an atmosphere that establishes a deep calm, and that holds throughout the entire session.

This is exactly the intention of Meditation Radio.

Why “sustaining” is the real challenge

Many relaxation music tracks are pleasant… at first.

Then they become:

– repetitive,
– too pronounced,
– or full of minor disruptions that bring the client back “into their head”.

In a long treatment, these micro-disruptions matter.

When Meditation Radio is particularly suitable

– 60 to 90-minute massages
– Long facials
– Guided relaxation
– Nervous system recovery
– Slow practices (yin yoga, meditation, breathwork)

The client benefit

– Faster onset of relaxation
– Sensation of a more stable bubble
– Gentler transition at the end of the session

The practitioner benefit

– A consistent soundscape
– Fewer decisions to make
– A session that “flows” without having to manage the atmosphere

Instructions for use

1. Start the radio before entering the treatment room

The client settles in faster if the atmosphere is already set.

2. Stabilize the volume

Low to medium. Present, never intrusive.

3. Do not change it during the treatment

Stability is a form of luxury.

4. Make a transition at the end of the session

If you have an exit atmosphere, transition into it afterwards.

Tip if the reception area is noisy

In places where the reception area is nearby:

– keep the reception area quieter,
– slightly turn up the volume in the treatment room,
– and standardize this setting to avoid variations.

Conclusion

Meditation Radio is not there just to “sound nice”.

It is there to establish a deep calm, support the treatment, and make the atmosphere easier to manage.

Quick test: a full day in one treatment room, then a question for the team:

“Was it simpler? More fluid?”
