“High-traffic day” checklist

Par Christophe · 22 June 2026

On busy days, everything speeds up.

The team is focused on the essentials.

And paradoxically, it is precisely on those days that the atmosphere matters most.

An audio dropout, a volume too loud, an improvised change… and the quality of the experience drops.

Here is a simple checklist to keep a flawless atmosphere during rush periods, without adding any tasks.

The principle

During high-traffic periods, your goal is not to have “the best music”.

Your goal is to have a stable and predictable atmosphere.

“Anti-chaos” checklist

Before opening (2 minutes)

– [ ] The reception radio is playing
– [ ] The cabin radio is ready (or already playing)
– [ ] The volume is set (no live adjustments)
– [ ] The playback station is stable (one tab, nothing more)

During the rush

– [ ] No changes in the cabins
– [ ] Reception: discreet, constant volume
– [ ] Only one person is authorized to make changes (if necessary)

If the venue gets noisier

– [ ] Adjust only the reception (slight +1)
– [ ] Do not touch the cabins

If an outage occurs

“60-second” procedure:

1. Check pause / volume
2. Reload the page
3. Reconnect
4. Try another browser (if needed)

End of the day (1 minute)

– [ ] Quick note: “what worked?”
– [ ] One thing to improve tomorrow?

Why it works

Because you:

– reduce decisions,
– protect sensitive areas (cabins),
– standardize operations.

Conclusion

The rush is a stress test.

If your atmosphere holds up when everything speeds up, your “premium” experience becomes credible.

Copy this checklist into your internal procedures, and test it during your next busy day.
