Announcement Management: The Complete Guide for Your Establishment
Par Christophe · 9 September 2026
StarkStream offers an AI voice message generator integrated into your subscription. In practical terms, it allows you to create professional audio announcements for your establishment, without a microphone, without a voice actor, and without a recording studio.
How it works
You type your text on your StarkStream interface. Our AI transforms it into a natural voice, with the tone and rhythm of a real professional speaker. StarkStream then automatically broadcasts your message in your establishment, at the time you chose.
Six premium voices are available: Léna, Lucas, Chloé, Sacha, Ambre, and Malo. Each can speak in five languages (French, English, Spanish, German, Italian).
What you can announce
Welcome messages: “Welcome to the Oasis Spa, your practitioner will be with you in a moment.”
Special offers: “Discover our new facial treatment with essential oils.”
Treatment reminders: “Your treatment starts in 5 minutes, please head to treatment room 3.”
Closing announcements: “The spa closes in 30 minutes.”
Practical instructions: “Please leave your personal belongings in the locker provided.”
No additional equipment needed
Voice messages are automatically inserted between the music on your radio. The music volume gradually decreases, the announcement is played, and then the music resumes at its normal level. Everything happens seamlessly, without any abrupt cuts.
Why it’s useful
Voice announcements professionalize the welcome.
They reduce interruptions in treatment rooms. No more need to knock on the door or call the client.
They generate revenue. A discreet announcement about a special offer can encourage a client to book an additional treatment.
Best practices
Short messages: 15 to 30 seconds maximum. Soft and professional tone, not commercial. No more than 2 to 3 messages per hour. Volume slightly lower than the music. Voice adapted to your establishment’s identity.
StarkStream Announcements is included in your subscription. It’s up to you to give your establishment its own voice.
